That’s just not gonna happen. South Riverdale is a quintessential mixed neighbourhood that will never attract that many big boxes. The only people who like this neighbourhood are the people who can overlook its many flaws; it isn’t a highway destination like the Warden Power Centre. (You could argue to the contrary thanks to Lake Shore, but I still think there’s no real comparison.) Nobody would locate that many large stores here.
