The Cranky Copyright Book needs one more round of contributions (but then it gets published)

For the purposes of review and criticism, I am publishing the public data collected by the City of Toronto in surveying public reactions to the Eucan megabins. I obtained the data through an access-to-information request. There is no viable way to research the data or criticize it without viewing it in totum. (See previous entry.)

The data are provided in Excel, tab-delimited text, dBase IV, SYLK, and HTML. For convenience, you can look at the results in your browser, though with data tables like these, it is in no way truly convenient:

  1. Online survey (1.9 MB file)
  2. Telephone survey
  3. In-person survey (“streeters”)
