Some readers may be bemused to learn that the phrase to hell has been officially classified as swearing by the Web Accessibility Initiative and, presumably, may no longer be used on a WAI mailing list.

Conveniently enough, this makes it impossible to cite my article for A List Apart, “To Hell with WCAG 2.” Wait till somebody notices my previous usage of bullshit and fuck shit up on said list. This is the Web, not the award ceremony of the Nobel Prize in Economics.

(By the way, the title of my article is an homage to other Zeldmanist/Web Standards Project articles, viz. “To Hell with Bad Browsers.” “WCAG Samurai” is also an homage.)
