I used to go to every captioned and/or described movie that opened in Toronto, all of them at Famous Players cinemas, where, frankly, they asked too many questions.
I filed a privacy complaint against Famous Players in 2004, and it was resolved this month: I prevailed on all but one count, but it was a Pyrrhic victory.
