The semantic error on your personal Weblog that presents the name of the Weblog as the HTML TITLE of every posting does two things:
It deters people from reading your postings, as they all have the same epithet as TITLE. (That’s an assumption.)
It prevents people from forwarding or retwitting your postings in certain contexts, for the same reason. (That’s a known fact, as someone has already complained about it to me.)
Change your template immediately, please, to place the title of each posting first in the TITLE element. I would not use the name of your Weblog anywhere in TITLE given the importance of that element.
